1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Princepress, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Princepress offers laundry, washing, folding, ironing, and alterations services. These services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.

3. Offers

a. 10% discount applies to first time customers that haven’t used any of our services before. The offer is limited to $100 in discount

4. Delivery

a. Delivery Timeframes: While Princepress strives to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Princepress is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from delivery delays.

b. Delivery Location: Princepress will deliver to the address agreed with the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Princepress is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Quality of Service

a. Care Standards: Princepress will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services.

b. Damaged Items: Princepress is not responsible for damage to items that are not suitable for standard laundry processes. Customers should check for any valuable or delicate items before submitting them for service.

6. Cancellations

a. Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the clothings are dropped off in our location or they are picked up.

7. Missed pickup fee

Our regular customers are kindly requested to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if no clothes will be available for pickup during their scheduled regular pickup day. If our team arrives for a scheduled pickup and no clothes are available, and we have not been informed in advance, a $10 missed pickup fee will be charged to the customer's account. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide reliable and timely service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

a. Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders.

b. Care Labels: Customers must ensure that all items submitted for service have care labels with appropriate instructions.

c. Inform No Pickups: Customers are responsible to notify us at least 48 hours in advance if no clothes will be available for pickup during their scheduled regular pickup day.

9. Limitation of Liability

Princepress shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Australian consumer law.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Princepress reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
